PEACE OF MIND

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

HELP & SUPPORT

Opening a support ticket is simple. Just click on the ‘Open a Support Ticket’ button above. We’ve prepared a walk-through so you can see what information you need.

 

The ticket should be opened by someone who has access to the screen. Alternatively when submitting a ticket, provide details of someone who does (you will be given an option of adding a collaborator when you open a ticket provide their details in the collaborator section).

Serial numbers on most screen models can be found on the front right corner of the bezel however some models differ please see the information sheet for more information.

More often than not, we are able to resolve issues quickly by working through some trouble-shooting with you. When you open a ticket you may be contacted to go through some trouble-shooting so please bear in mind that you will need to be able to access the screen.

If trouble shooting does not resolve the issue, an engineer will liaise with you for an onsite visit or replacement (dependent on warranty).

Click ‘Raise a Ticket’ and select ‘Licence and Activation’ from the drop down list at the top. You then need to complete the form and submit. You’ll be asked for:

  • Screen Serial Number (and PC serial number for ProPacks)
  • Date of Installation
  • Installer’s Name & Company
  • Customers Name and School/Company Name
  • Your Name (or the name of the person submitting the Warranty Registration)

Please Note:  you may have a trial version of software until the warranty registration is received. A full licence key will then be issued.
